“Form follows function – that has been misunderstood. Form and function should be one, joined in a spiritual union.”
That’s one of my favorite quotes on design, by Frank Lloyd Wright. Hi, I’m Jin. I’m a user-interface designer. Since I started my career as a web designer in 1995, my passion has been creating elegant websites that are both beautiful and usable. I’m also a bacon fiend.

David Lantner, editor
David has been working on the web for more than ten years and feels fortunate to have been a part of this cultural phenomenon. He is continually fascinated by the changing nature of the web and its use by society. Now, he is taking part in bringing that change to Washington. David believes that Web 2.0 must not forget the foundation of Web 1.0 – the recommendations of the W3C and the best practices proven out by industry including inclusive, accessible design utilizing progressive enhancement. At the same time, he is a firm believer in the open nature of the web and the power of the “View Source” menu item in the browser. Dispelling bad practices takes time, effort and persistence so he asks for your comments and feedback in this endeavor.
