One of the challenges when building government web sites is that the targeted audience range is diverse. This means we must ensure that our sites are accessible to everyone. Shawn Henry leads worldwide education and outreach promoting web accessibility for people with disabilities at the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
